Defining Our Methods
What is ABA Therapy?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientifically validated approach to understanding behavior and how it is affected by the environment. For children with autism, it serves as a powerful tool to foster communication, social connections, and independence through positive reinforcement.
Positive Reinforcement
We encourage desirable behaviors by providing meaningful rewards, helping children understand which actions lead to positive outcomes.
How ABA Works
ABA therapy is a systematic approach to understanding how behavior is affected by the environment, using proven methodologies to teach new skills and reduce problematic behaviors.
Skill Task Analysis
Complex skills are broken down into small, manageable steps. This gradual process ensures children build confidence as they master each part.
Data-Driven Decisions
Our therapists continuously track progress using objective data, allowing us to adjust treatment plans in real-time for the best results.
Nurturing Growth & Potential
ABA therapy provides children with the tools they need to navigate the world with confidence. Through our personalized approach, we focus on outcomes that matter to your family:

Common Concerns & FAQs
Is ABA therapy only for children with severe behavioral problems?
Not at all. While ABA is effective for managing challenging behaviors, it is primarily a tool for teaching essential life skills. We use it to build communication, social interaction, and independent living skills for children across the entire spectrum.
How many hours of therapy does my child need per week?
The number of hours is highly individualized. After a comprehensive assessment, our BCBA will recommend a schedule that ranges from focused intervention (10-20 hours) to comprehensive early intervention (30-40 hours), depending on your child's specific goals.
Will my child outgrow the need for ABA therapy?
Our ultimate goal is 'graduation.' We work to generalize skills so children can succeed in natural environments without intensive support. Many children successfully transition to lower levels of care or exit therapy entirely as they gain independence.
How involved do we need to be as parents?
Parent involvement is critical for long-term success. We provide family coaching to help you implement strategies at home, ensuring that the progress your child makes during sessions continues throughout their daily life.
Does insurance cover the cost of therapy?
Most insurance plans cover ABA therapy as medically necessary for children with an autism diagnosis. Our administrative team will work with you to verify your benefits and handle the authorization process to make it as stress-free as possible.
